This is a live-in person workshop.  The goal is to walk out ready to run your 5K.  There will be pre-work issued approximately 2 weeks prior to the course.  This will be crucial in helping you plan your race & have a successful workshop.

Planning for aid stations, timing systems, restroom facilities, and medical services

Structuring attractive sponsorship packages
